The control system has two kinds of control methods, the near/remote control, they can convert by a switch inside the starter, turn the “Forward / backward” button to the forward position, the winch will drop the goods, turn the button to the backward position, the winch will lift the goods, Magnetic proximity switch installed in the roadway, can monitor the location of the winch (head and tail), at the same time to automatic correct the position data displayed on the screen, Speed sensor detects the speed of the winch, through the PLC calculation, to give over speed protection to the system. Also shows the speed and position of the winch. The starter has overload protection to the power pack motor and brake motor, also to the winch has a protection when over voltage, under voltage, phase loss, overload, over current, leakage.
