Electronic Control System of ML300 continuous miner

The system consists of the following four boxes:
DXB1-500/1140E Mining Flameproof Power Box
KXB1-300/1140E Mining Flameproof control box
KXJ2-300/1140E mining flameproof and intrinsically safe control box
CXB1-24E mine flameproof operation box

Technical performance:
The core is a Siemens PLC, structure is simple, easy to maintain, a 10-inch true color display screen, beautiful and clear.
The walking system applies DC chopper (PWM) double closed loop stepless speed control system, drive the DC series motor, high starting torque, good stability of the governing characteristics. And DC series excitation speed is constant power speed, high efficiency, long life, and reduce the failure rate of the running system.
